Mom, Man that makes me sad that everyone was home for Christmas!! Except me...You know how i do not like feeling like im out of the loop or anything!! It sucks i think!! But its all good 1 Christmas down 1 more to go then i will be home and that is seriously going to go by a lot faster than i think!! I have almost been out 6 Months and thats crazy how fast that time goes!! Holy Cow time is going by so super fast and its not slowing down so now i just have to accept it and try and make the best of my Mission now!! 😂 I honestly loved loved LOVED talking to you guys yesterday!! It was so awesome to see all your faces and to hear all your voices it was honestly the best!! That has fueled me for the next 5 months until Mothers Day so ill be good until then!! I loved hearing all the Dood and Guy language ive honestly missed that i finally got away from saying dood and guy like every sentence and hearing all of it yesterday really was awesome!! I am really kind of sad and glad at the same time that the skype stopped working!! Because i could not end on skype i probably would have bawled my eyes out!! I hate saying goodbye to everyone it sucks!! But good thing no one was crying while i was skyping i dont want anyone crying!! I wanted everyone to be happy and funny like you all normally are!! And you were so it was so good!! But while we were singing i didnt sing like the whole first verse because i just wanted to listen to my family sing and boy was it amazing!! I loved every second of hearing you guys and hearing Kennahs normal questions that she asks us like everything has changed since she got home it was really good to hear from all of you!! I love you all my family so much and i know that i really took you guys for granted back when i was home!! You dont know how much you miss them until they are gone! That was me! I knew i would miss you guys but it was a lot harder than i thought!! Well it was really amazing!! I feel like i have changed so much since i started! I feel a lot more mature in a way but i still feel like im 13 and that i shouldnt be on a mission let alone 6 months out!! Its crazy!! Well youre all looking so good and happy and i love it!! Love you so much mom I really love the pictures they really make me so gosh dang happy!! give everyone hugs for me let them know i love them!! Love you so much dont forget to send me a newsletter actually!! Youre the best!! Love you so much!! 😘

Wow the holidays just keep flying by dont they?? Well i had one Christmas already!! One more to go!! 😂 Time keeps flying and i dont like it!! Ive almost been out 6 months in like 2 weeks there goes a quarter of my Mission that i will never get back!! I just have to make it all count starting......... NOW!! No more mistakes no more missed opportunities! No more dumb choices you all are hearing from the new and improved Elder Logan Scott now!! WooHoo!! Bring on 2017 Baby!! My dead year its going to be fun!! So ladies and Gentlemen strap in your seat belts and please keep your arms and legs inside the vehicle at all times!! 2017 is going to be a bumpy but very fun ride!!!! 😂 Anyways highlights and lowlights from my week on Christmas I got to skype call my family!! And oh boy do those 40 Minutes fly by so fast!! Holy cow thats just not right for time to move by so fast!! It was really good to see my family and my siblings that should not look or sound that old!! (mostly Ayden and Jaret!) And to come find out that on my Jeep there has been something wrong on the bumper like someone hit it! But come to find out that Jaret ever since i left on my Mission has been blaming that on me this whole time!! WHAT?!?! Im not even there to defend myself!! Whatever he came clean and told my parents that it was him so we are good and i still have a clean slate!! 😂 That is just the one thing of many that i have learned from my family skype call it was really so much fun but then something happened to the call where we couldnt get video in or out so we ended on the Phone! Which was good because i probably would have bawled my eyeballs out which wouldnt have been a good sight to see!! We sang my most favorite hymn as a family "Sweet Hour of Prayer" and my family can sing so they made my whole day! It was such a cool experience i cant wait until Mothers Day now too! Something else that happened this week is we were supposed to have a baptism on Christmas Eve but the day before we had a baptismal interview set for our investigator Schuyler but he ended up going MIA and we still havent seen him since Friday night! He said he was running to the gas station to go get at soda and we havent seen him at all since!! Our member thats a friend to him still talks to him and it sounds like hes safe and fine he was just scared!! I understand that but he could have just told us that we wont get hurt over it!! 😂 It was just going to be really cool to have a baptism on Christmas Eve but all that happened and you cant force people into the font they still have agency!! Its all in the Lords own will and timing he will get baptized i know he will!! He knows it to be true and hes ready to make that step but its all in the Lords hands now! I know that this is the Lords work we are out doing our Missions but the Lord is guiding us every single day and i love it!! Its cool to see it happen with your own eyes!! Im excited to see what this next year brings and i hope its a real good one!! I love you all so much and i hope you had a Merry Christmas!! I will be seeing/hearing from you all next Year!! Be safe!! Remember who you are and what you stand for!! Make right choices!! (things that my brothers and friends parents have been telling me for a while) ANYWAYS love you all so much!!! Spokane, WA- Shiloh Hills Ward- Week #23

MERRY CHRISTMAS PEOPLE!!! I cant believe that it is already christmas time!! I felt like christmas was never going to come!! Its this week though!! How Crazy!! My Sister is now home now everyone i repeat Mckennah Scott is now home!! WOOHOO lets have a round of applause for her!! She has just crushed her mission and im so glad that she is now home safely!! So if you havent seen or talked to her you best be doing that now!! You wont regret it!! 😊 This week on the other hand has just been completely CRAZY!!! Since i came up here this area has been kind of slower and not a lot of people to teach!! Then  all of a sudden people and referrals are just coming out of no where!! Its a Christmas Miracle!! What truly is a miracle is that a week and a half ago we met this guy named Schuyler!! He is a really good friend to our member friend Nathan Johnson in the Ward!! Nathan told us to come over and teach his friend he is "Solid" So we did and Nathan was right he was so solid he has already had a confirmation that the church is true and wants to get baptized!! He didnt know when though!! We challenged him that night to go pray and for a cool christmas gift to the savior is if he gets baptized on Christmas Eve!! The 24th of December and then he will be confirmed a member on Christmas Day!! He ACCEPTED!!! So We are planning a Baptism on Saturday Night for our good friend Schuyler!! It just so happens that he is the last baptism we need for the year to make the Stake Goal for Baptisms!! What a Freaking miracle!! It was so cool!! So all this week we will be reviewing all the lessons with him and get him dunked on Saturday night!! WOOHOO What a great christmas present!! I love it!! I hope that you all have a Merry Christmas!! and you all get something from Santa this year cause you all have been pretty good in my book!! I love you all and i cant wait to hear from all of you next week!! :)

Hey How are all of you back at home?!?! I am doing just wonderful today is a glorious day! The snow finally started to fall on like tuesday so that was a blessing! We almost went through half of December without any snow but it finally came!! So this is a sad moment for me my good and wonderful Sister, Sister Mckennah Scott comes home tomorrow or i dont know sometime this week i dont know what goes on no one tells me anything! All i know is that she is done on tuesday or wednesday i dont even know that! Wow im good! 😂 ANYWAYS! She comes home this week and it makes me sad that i will not be home with my whole family for christmas!! Which sucks but its ok i can handle it!! As much as i want to be there i know that there is work for me to do up here in good ole Spokane Washington!! So i want to wish you all a Merry Christmas!! ANYWAYS again wow i can get off topic!! A really cool experience happened to me yesterday actually so Paige (the one we just baptized last week) told us to come into subway (cause she works there) to tell us something! We went cause that would be rude if we didnt duh! Anyways she comes up to tell us and she says "you two might think im nuts but i want to go on a mission!" WHAT?!?! that is seriously so awesome!! That was the best news i have ever Received!! She was worried about how to get started and if she will know everything by the time she wants to leave! That just put a thought into my head and i told her this I dont know everything either! Im actually pretty oblivious to the world to be honest! And i just wish that i would have studied more or even payed more attention in school or seminary to get me ready for this mission! While i was kind of beating myself up for all of this a thought came into my mind from the MTC! Elder Bednar came in and said we could ask him any question and he will answer it! So we had a Q & A with Elder Bednar! I dont know if i have ever told you guys that! Anyways i remembered a sister stand up and asked him if she will ever be a good enough missionary... Elder Bednar responded that no one will ever be a good enough missionary or even if anyone will ever be really prepared for a mission but all he asks of us is to do our best! When we do our best the Lord will take care of the rest! Not only did that help Paige with her mission issues it really helped me in the time that i needed comfort and to just know im doing the right things! It was a really cool experience and that has been the big thing that i have learned since being out and this week! Is that all he asks us to do is give him our best and he will do the rest!! That is what i want to leave with all of you is if you think youre doing bad quit being hard on yourself the Lord loves you for you!! Keep trying your best and he will do the rest!! I love all of you and you all mean the world to me!! Thank you for the Prayers and the support youre all amazing and blessings in my life!! Yeah i knew you would say something about the lanyard!! 😂 i just knew it was coming but its all good its cold up here and im just trying to stay warm!! 😂 but yeah im doing a lot better now its finally snowing up here and it has been snowing non stop for the past 3 days i think!! So yeah we almost made it half way through December without any snow!! Its finally here though!! WOOHOO!! DANG!!! That day came a lot faster than i thought it would!! Thats so crazy!! Seriously time flies by so fast! Its so crazy!! I hit 5 months tomorrow and i cant believe that because i feel like ive only been out a month or so but I have not its been much longer!! Its crazy!! Thats going to be so cool that you get to go pick her up yourself thats awesome she will so love that and it will be so weird that she i home now!! Holy wow thats so crazy it went by a whole lot faster than i thought it would.... But that just goes to show how much time i have left!! I have her mission and that is it!! (well add one more month) but 19 months thats it!! Its going to go by so stinking fast and i dont know if im ready for that!! I have been told my whole life that im going on a mission and that is what im supposed to prepare for in my lifetime up to that point! I lay down in bed at night and look up at the ceiling and just think to myself wow.. im on my mission like this is what i was told about my whole life now im 5 months into it! Wow!! But now what? thats just what i think now! I have come to the conclusion that i need to enjoy it out here and there never will there be a time in my life where i am talking about christ 24-7 so i need to make it count!! Ayden and Jaret will have their calls when i get home too?? Thats so crazy to think about too!! Time is just trucking along and it is not slowing down in the slightest!! Its so cool yesterday Paige (the one that was just barely baptized last week) Told us to come to subway so we did and she said she had something to tell us! We went and she said this "you might think im nuts but i want to go on a mission!" WHAT?!?!? that is so awesome!! The best news i have ever heard in my life!! It was so cool! She went on to say that we made such an impact in her life and she wants to do that for someone else in her life!! I just thought that it was the best compliment that i have ever received and i was honored to be there through it all with her!! It was so cool but shes all mad that she has to wait a year so she can go through the temple and then leave on her Mission!! IT was such a cool experience!! Ayden got in another wreck though?? Holy crap those 2 they are just about as bad as kennah was!! And shes coming home tomorrow!! Well i would just like to say good luck to both of you and buckle up it is going to be a bumpy ride!! 😂 I did get your packages last night though!! All the presents are sitting under our tree that we had in the apartment already and its so cool!! Its not a big one its actually really small and its funny to see all the presents under this tiny tree!! I didnt take a picture of it but ill get it to you next week though!! with our awesome decorations we are making today for P-day you will be impressed!! 😂 Yes so that was my week! And it sounds like you will be busy for the next little while cause you will have kennah home for the 12 days this year which will be so awesome!! Im so excited to skype in like 2 weeks holy man oh man am i excited!! I also love the christmas card!!! I love it so much!! ITs so cool too!! Staying in Shiloh Baby!

Well with that being said you already know what is happening with transfers!! Im staying another 6 weeks here in the Shiloh Hills Area!! In a tripanionship!! So my good friend Elder Lundberg and I are both staying as companions and we are getting Elder Morrison (Another Elder we served around down in Pullman) So its going to be pretty fun!! The reason why we are in a tripanionship is because the area is usually split (North and South) But my good friend Elder Wilson went home this last week because he got super sick and we took him to Urgent Care and he was going to be sick in bed (like he couldnt do anything) for like 5 to 10 days!!! Crazy i know!! So they just thought that his Mom was going to be better at taking care of him than us! 😂 That is a very true and smart thing to do! So we will be in a tripanionship until Elder Wilson comes back! But its all good hes coming back to this area and he is still coming home with me so this is just like a mini vacation for him! 😂 So with Elder Wilson going home it just made everything crazy again! We had to move AGAIN up to the other apartment! to go be with Elder Wilcox for his last few days!! Yeah then President called us and asked how we were doing. And we responded with "President this transfer has been way crazy to be honest!!" and president responded with "Yeah its not over.." WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?!?!?! We got that call on Friday!! He said something about it carrying over to this transfer or something i dont know!! All i know is Buckle up people its going to be a bumpy ride! And please keep all your arms legs and feet inside the vehicle at all times!! 😂 So anyways this week with it being way crazy it was still awesome!! We had the awesome opportunity to baptize Paige and Riley on Saturday!! (Well Elder Wilcox got to perform the ordinance) But we still got to baptize them it was such a cool experience!! That was the first baptism that i was apart of that i actually taught! (Besides Meghan down in Pullman who got baptized the Week of Thanksgiving in California though) So i got to be there and witness it!! SO COOL!! Then after the baptism we all went to Red Robin for dinner it was delicious! We had like 4 Sets of missionaries with some investigators there it was really fun! Then Paige and Riley had a request for Elder Lundberg and I... That request was for us to sing Hallelujah (from Shrek) IN RED ROBIN!! With it being their special day we couldnt say no. So we did it!!! I mean thats been a song that Elder Lundberg and i have performed a lot since being companions like on the bus or at FHE's! I can honestly say that in Red Robin was so freaking terrifying!! It was also a great story too im sending the video dont worry! 😂 On Sunday i had the awesome opportunity to Confirm Riley a Member of the church and give her the Holy Ghost on Sunday in Sacrament Meeting!! It was a way cool experience and one that i will never forget for a while! It was such an honor and i am so glad and honored at the same time that she asked me to do that for her! It was so cool!! That was basically my week!! Im sorry im writing such long emails!! I have a lot to say!! OH and guess who found me... (check pictures below to find out) It really made my day! I was not expecting that at all either!! Thanks Zaugg for being awesome!! Oh and i also broke my camera from dropping it on the carpet... Right on the lense... I know im a clutz ok we dont need to dwell on that!! I Love you all and i cant wait to hear from all of you next week!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

HEY MOM!!!! You can just send the package to the 41 E. Empire House! That is where i will be staying! Well im not staying there right now but we now have a full time car and we check that mail like everyday so just send it there!! I will get that package so just dont worry about it ill get it so whenever you want just send it there!! :) Dang i am so sad that everyone is coming home for Christmas except me!! I handled Thanksgiving fine because I knew that Kate and Kennah were both gone! But now they are both coming home in the next week now!! GOSH Dangit! Its all good we all have to go through it and Kennah and Brandon know how I feel at this time of year so its all good!! But i bet you read my group email i am staying in Shiloh Hills though and i will be staying for Christmas with Elder Lundberg its going to be way fun!! Im so pumped!!! We had Paige and Riley get baptized on Saturday and that was way freaking cool im so glad that i was apart of that!! I also got to Confirm Riley on Sunday in sacrament meeting it was really a cool experience and i was so glad and honored that she asked me to do it!! So that has been the update on my area right now nothing else has really been happening either so its all good!! I legit laughed out loud to read what Judge memorials student section did!! Thats really freaking awesome and they ended up losing anyways so thats what they get for sucking!! 😂 Im sure that Ayden will get his chance again!! He is way too good to be sitting the bench for basketball im pumped to hear how he does!! I love going to the lights as a date!! That is really the funnest dates for me i would say!! Because that was the only one that all my friends Trent, Josh, Ryan, And jace would all go to!! And they would always be so much fun!! Temple Square in the winter time is really the coolest thing ever i love it!! Mom its so crazy for me to think that at the end of this transfer i will have passed 6 months already!! Its really crazy and it moves by so fast!!! Holy cow!! Dang Jalen is walking now?!?!? Man he is growing up and im not even there!! Holy crap hes gonna be pretty old when i get home!! 😂 10 Godparents?!?! thats nuts and that is a whole lot man!!  Jaret probably didnt like that Dad beat him in risk huh?? That looks like a whole lot of fun and those looks like a bunch of faces that i would have kicked their butts at risk though too!! 😂 That is really one of my new favorite pictures!! I save all the pictures you send me onto my USB every week so that i dont miss a thing i really like that thanks mom!! Dang Kennah comes home next week!! Thats so crazy!! And youre going to go pick her up next week too! Well mom i just decided that i do not want that happening to me.. We can come visit my mission a week later or something after i am released as a missionary! I have just been thinking about it and i only have that one moment to come down those escalators in the airport and  i really want to get that moment!! So if its ok can we just come and visit my Mission like a week after i get home or something?? I dont want to still be a Missionary when we come back to visit!! 😂 Thanks mom youre the best!!
